Brownies

So tonight my sister was craving for brownies, yummy yummy in the tummy hahha :) Then I ended up making it and at the same time decided to blog bout it hehe hahahah. This brownie is ummmm, really thick and sticky before you bake it. After resting it and cutting it into the sizes and shapes you like, they have a thin curst on top which gives it a bit of texture I guess hahaah :) yumo. I like this recipe cause it's super easy and super fast to make, and there's not much ingredients needed in making it hahaha. Give it a go if you have nothing to do and you wanna bake something ahahaa. I personally cut down the sugar to 200g so it wont be that sweet ahahaa. Pics below :)

Ingredients
 100gbutter, melted
 280gcaster sugar
 2eggs
 1teaspoon vanilla essence
 100gplain flour
 5tablespoons cocoa

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 170C/Gas Mark 3 and grease a 20cm springform cake tin with a loose base.
2. Sieve the flour and cocoa into a bowl, then add the sugar. Mix the eggs together then pour into the mixture, add melted butter and stir.
3. Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
